L.I.F.T. – Privacy Policy

L.I.F.T. ("the App") is a personal workout-tracking application that runs entirely on the user's device. This policy describes how the App handles data, what information is stored, and how users maintain full control at all times.

1. Data Collection and Storage

The App does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data with developers, third parties, external servers, analytics providers, or cloud services.

All information entered into the App is:

Stored locally on the user's device
Fully under the user's control
Never uploaded or transmitted outside the device

The App does not include analytics tracking, advertising SDKs, telemetry, or data harvesting mechanisms.

Data Retention

All data is retained on your device for as long as the App is installed. The developer retains no user data at any time, as no data is ever transmitted off the device. Data persists until you manually delete it within the App or uninstall the App.

2. User-Entered Health and Fitness Data

The App allows users to voluntarily enter health-related and fitness information, including:

Bodyweight
Exercise performance metrics
Sets, reps, weights, durations
Workout logs and timestamps
Fatigue or performance calculations derived from user input

All such information is:

Provided voluntarily by the user
Stored exclusively on the user's device
Never transmitted to the developer
Never shared with third parties
Never synced to external services

The App does not process or access this data outside local device storage.

3. Types of Data Stored Locally

The following data may be stored on-device to support App functionality:

Exercise logs and workout history
Sets, reps, weight, duration, timestamps
Fatigue metrics and calculated statistics
Bodyweight entries
User preferences and settings
Timer configurations and UI behavior options

This data exists solely to provide features within the App.

4. Data Access

The App:

Does not require an account
Does not require login
Does not connect to any online service
Does not send data to the developer

Only the user can access the data unless they manually export or share it.

5. Data Sharing

The App does not share any data with:

The developer
Third parties
Advertisers
Social media platforms
Analytics or tracking systems

There is no backend server, no remote storage, and no data transfer.

6. Data Deletion and User Control

Users maintain complete control over all stored information. At any time, users may:

Delete individual workouts
Delete personal bodyweight entries
Reset settings
Uninstall the App to erase all local data
Delete all App data through Android Settings → Apps → L.I.F.T. → Storage → Clear Data

Once the App is uninstalled, all App data stored on the device is permanently removed.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed toward children under the age of 13. The App does not knowingly collect or store personal information from any user.

8. Security

All data is stored locally within the App's private storage area, protected by the Android operating system's sandboxing mechanism. No other app can access this data unless the user explicitly exports or shares it.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

If the App's functionality changes in a way that affects data handling, this policy will be updated accordingly. Updated versions will be published at the same URL where this document is hosted.
